About The Boutique Practice

The Boutique Practice is a pediatric clinical care and consulting practice offering a highly personalized and comprehensive approach to child health. Founded as a brick-and-mortar office in the heart of TriBeCa, New York City, by Dr. Tiffany Otto Knipe, a board-certified pediatrician with advanced training in Pediatric Infectious Diseases. That practice quickly became known for delivering exceptional, discreet care to high-profile families. Today, The Boutique Practice extends beyond New York, offering expert pediatric guidance to families seeking more than conventional care - wherever they reside.

With a deep commitment to trust, connection, and individualized care, The Boutique Practice serves as both a clinical resource and strategic advisor, helping parents navigate decisions related to physical, emotional, and mental health with clarity and confidence. Our model offers remote clinical visits through advanced telehealth tools, unhurried consultations, direct access to Dr. Tiffany, and a carefully curated network of top pediatric specialists. For a limited number of member families, home visits for children’s wellness care are also available.

At the heart of The Boutique Practice is a unique and highly collaborative approach to pediatric care. Dr. Tiffany communicates and coordinates directly with specialists when children need medical, psychological or educational specialists. An integral part of this approach to pediatric wellness, is the close working relationship between Dr. Tiffany Knipe and Alison Locker, PhD, a licensed clinical psychologist with nearly 30 years of experience supporting parents and young children. All of Dr. Tiffany’s member families will have the opportunity to meet with Dr. Locker. Together, they provide an integrated, family-centered approach to pediatric care that bridges physical and emotional well-being. Their close collaboration ensures that families benefit from both expert medical insight and thoughtful parenting guidance - whether addressing sleep issues, behavioral concerns and challenges, school transitions, or general questions about social and emotional development. This model allows for a deeper, more comprehensive understanding of each child and family, resulting in more nuanced and effective support.

We believe that excellent pediatric care empowers families to raise healthy children and helps children to flourish. This interdisciplinary approach encourages children to understand their bodies and emotions so they develop a sense of agency and can make informed choices as they grow. Every family is unique, and our care is intentionally tailored to reflect each family’s values and needs. Whether managing complex health issues, offering second opinions, or simply providing peace of mind, The Boutique Practice blends modern medical expertise with the warmth and attentiveness of a “small-town doctor” - delivering care that supports both children and the families who care for them.

More about Dr. Tiffany:

Tiffany Otto Knipe, M.D. is a board-certified pediatrician and is trained in Pediatric Infectious Diseases. She completed her undergraduate training at The University of Pennsylvania and attended medical school at Jefferson Medical College where she was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. She completed her three years of pediatric residency at New York Presbyterian–Weill Cornell Medical Center and then went on to complete three additional years of fellowship training in Pediatric Infectious Diseases at Yale University and New York University Langone Medical Center.

Dr. Tiffany is also a parent of two boys, who have been her inspiration to create this unique practice. As a new mother, she could not find a practice that met her needs as both a parent and pediatrician so she built the practice she envisioned for her own children. Those young boys are now teenagers, and continue to encourage and inspire Dr. Tiffany as both a mother and pediatrician.
