Tiffany Otto Knipe, M.D. is a board-certified pediatrician with fellowship training in Pediatric Infectious Diseases. For more than a decade, she built Washington Market Pediatrics - later WMP Boutique Pediatric Care - into a highly regarded concierge pediatric practice in New York City, caring for families through a model centered on accessibility, continuity, and trusted relationships. Today, she continues that philosophy through The Boutique Practice, creating a modern, individualized model of pediatric care designed around the unique needs of each family.

Dr. Tiffany received her undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and earned her medical degree from Jefferson Medical College, where she was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. She completed her pediatric residency at NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center, followed by fellowship training in Pediatric Infectious Diseases at Yale University and NYU Langone Medical Center.

Dr. Tiffany's approach to pediatrics has also been deeply shaped by her own experience as a mother. When her two boys were young, she set out to create the kind of pediatric practice she envisioned for her own children - one where families could know and trust their pediatrician and receive thoughtful, accessible care through every stage of childhood. Now teenagers, her sons continue to shape her perspective as both a mother and pediatrician and the way she partners with the families in her care.
