Led by Dr. Tiffany Otto Knipe - a board-certified pediatrician with more than 20 years of experience - the practice first took shape in New York, where it became known for highly attentive, relationship-based care grounded in trust, discretion, and enduring relationships. Now based on the Main Line and caring for families within her own community, Dr. Tiffany provides pediatric home visits in the Philadelphia suburbs while continuing to support families wherever life takes them.
