The Boutique Practice provides personalized pediatric care and consulting designed around the needs of each family.
Led by Dr. Tiffany Otto Knipe - a board-certified pediatrician with more than 20 years of experience - the practice first took shape in New York City's TriBeCa neighborhood, where it became known for highly attentive, relationship-based care grounded in trust, discretion, and enduring relationships. Now based in the Philadelphia suburbs and caring for families within her own community, Dr. Tiffany provides pediatric home visits while continuing to consult, advise, and support families wherever life takes them.
Our care is collaborative and coordinated. Dr. Tiffany works closely with medical, psychological, and educational specialists to ensure seamless support across every dimension of a child’s health and development.
