Today, The Boutique Practice extends beyond New York, offering expert pediatric guidance to families seeking more than conventional care - wherever they reside.

With a deep commitment to trust, connection, and individualized care, The Boutique Practice serves as both a clinical resource and strategic advisor, helping parents navigate decisions related to physical, emotional, and mental health with clarity and confidence. Our model offers remote clinical visits through advanced telehealth tools, unhurried consultations, direct access to Dr. Tiffany, and a carefully curated network of top pediatric specialists. For a limited number of member families, home visits for children’s wellness care are also available.

Dr. Tiffany communicates and coordinates directly with specialists when children need medical, psychological or educational specialists. An integral part of this approach to pediatric wellness, is the close working relationship between Dr. Tiffany Knipe and Alison Locker, PhD, a licensed clinical psychologist with nearly 30 years of experience supporting parents and young children. All of Dr. Tiffany’s member families will have the opportunity to meet with Dr. Locker. Together, they provide an integrated, family-centered approach to pediatric care that bridges physical and emotional well-being. Their close collaboration ensures that families benefit from both expert medical insight and thoughtful parenting guidance - whether addressing sleep issues, behavioral concerns and challenges, school transitions, or general questions about social and emotional development.
